Guests planning a visit to Disney Springs in early 2026 will need to factor in some parking changes, as the Lime Garage is set to close in phases for structural repairs.
According to the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District, the five level Lime Garage will be closed from January 12 through February 11, 2026 while repair work is carried out. The garage will then briefly reopen for Presidents’ Day weekend, operating from February 12 through February 16, before closing once again from February 17 through March 13, 2026.
The planned timeline means the majority of the work will be completed before most spring break periods, which should help minimise disruption during one of the busiest times of year at Disney Springs.
During the Lime Garage closures, guests will still have several parking options available. These include the Orange Garage, Grapefruit Garage, as well as the Watermelon and Strawberry surface parking lots. Disney has not announced any changes to parking fees or additional transportation adjustments related to the closure.
Visitors are encouraged to allow extra time when arriving at Disney Springs during the affected dates, particularly on weekends and evenings, as the remaining garages may see increased demand.
